Step 1: Accessing Your Account Settings

To initiate the deletion of your Insight-Pro account, you must first access the account settings. This step ensures secure authentication and prepares your account for the deletion process.

  • Sign in to your Insight-Pro account using your registered email and password at http://app.equallive.app/ or through the Insight-Pro app.
  • From the dashboard, locate and select the settings gear icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Navigating to the Profile Settings

From the settings menu, navigate to the profile section to access the account deletion feature. This step is essential for proceeding with the deletion request.

  • Select Profile from the settings menu to access the profile screen.
  • Locate and tap the Delete Account button to initiate the deletion process.

Step 3: Confirming the Deletion Request

To confirm your intent to delete the account, Insight-Pro requires verification through a one-time password (OTP). Upon submission, the account enters a 7-day waiting period before permanent deletion.

  • When prompted with a confirmation message, select the Delete Account button to proceed.

Upon submission, your Insight-Pro account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 7 days of inactivity. To cancel the deletion request, sign in to your Insight-Pro account using the same credentials during this period.
